Terms of Service for Skroll
Welcome to Skroll! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Skroll mobile application and any related services provided by Skroll Inc. (“Skroll”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Skroll, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Skroll.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Skroll. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian to use Skroll. By using Skroll, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
1. User Content
Skroll allows you to create, upload, post, display, or otherwise make available various types of content, including videos, comments, messages, and profile information (“User Content”). You retain all rights and ownership of your User Content. However, by posting User Content on Skroll, you grant Skroll a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, and publicly perform your User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of Skroll.
1. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using Skroll:
– Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
– Uploading or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing upon the rights of others.
– Impersonating another person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
– Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
– Using Skroll for any commercial or unauthorized purposes.
– Interfering with or disrupting the operation of Skroll or any servers or networks connected to Skroll.
1. Intellectual Property
Skroll and its content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, and software, are owned by or licensed to Skroll. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from Skroll without our prior written consent.
1. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use Skroll.
1. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Skroll at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Skroll will immediately cease.
1. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skroll, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of Skroll or violation of these Terms.
1. Disclaimer of Warranties
Skroll is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that Skroll will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
1. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Skroll, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Skroll.
1. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on Skroll or through other communication channels. Your continued use of Skroll after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
